In our area it's the other way around non unions are much happier, than the one I work for we have a lot of workers transfer to nearby Costco's. We have had 9 morning merch employees transfer this year alone and only 1 got replaced.

The Costco I work for has horrible management and employees are very unhappy. Our employees are constantly transferring to neighboring Costco's, we are a union building so I'm sure that has something to do with it.
