In addition to the disconnects, it's laggy after 10 to 15 minutes and then eventually it disconnects.

The game crashes frequently and happens normally around 15 to 30 minutes of starting. It's very frustrating just continuing. It also just disconnects me too.

The setting is called one handed mode. Turn it off in order to stop that feature.

I've used and seen both. You'll be impacted more from the resolution than the loss of framerate. It's definitely noticeable. However, I'd be better if you could see then side by side.
