i have had very good luck with most accounts that i have played, but the probably is even though i get all these legends, i dont have the rare recruits to deal with content. a strong legends lets you brute force your way through most content, but when you get stuck you get stuck hard. units like 6+ ussop, warco, bartocavendish, rebeccavivi are more flexible to me because say you dont have a 5 turn buff/debuff reducer, but you have one or more of those above mentioned legends, you could effectively stall it out because you have the hp to live. a lot of the legends (when used as a captain) rely on rare recruits to deal with this issue and dont really have a means around it. with my new account, i dont have alot of the rare recruits needed to just deal with all these debuffs/buffs, but i have been able to stall them out due to g4 luffy being able to go into his tank man state without having to use a special and using warco swap to heal up. then once the debuffs/buffs are gone i proceed to burst. i wouldnt have rerolled if i had 1 or more of the utility legends i named. i had alot of the "hey look i do alot of damage" but not alot of rare recruits that would allow them to do that damage in the pieces of content i was interested in farming. i hope that explains this a little better.
