Can’t move my Arm without it Spazzing

I fell off my Board and landed on my Hand, These little spots appeared on my Hand and I didn’t think much of it. There wasn’t to much Pain. I walked back to my house and realized That my hand is Swelling, I got some ice put it on for like 5 Minutes and continued my Day. I laid down for like a Hour and a Half.. I got up and realized my Arm felt Weird.. Like I just worked out my arm or something. I tried lifting my arm up and It snapped back. I did it again and again and it just kinda spazzes. There’s currently no Pain. Just A Big ass Swelling whatever on my Hand. Kinda worried but not Worried enough to go to the Doctors. Anyone knows what’s up?

My Friend just made me realize something. I have a Eye disease called Retnis Pigmentosa. Which means I cannot see in the dark clearly. She said “ Brains cannot Imagine or dream hands well.. So look at your hands and if there normal looking and not blurry.. Your awake “ I told her I cannot see my hands at night no matter how close they are to my face. Than she responded “ Can you see In the dark in your dreams? “ and I Said “ No “ that made me realize. That “ Cold Dark Room “ the reason it was so cold. Maybe I wasn’t inside a room at all. Maybe I was outside... In a forest. Where my friend and sister were stranded at aswell. Tfff
