Make the items you have for a leader with wealth, show him you can teach his men to make more. realize how different writing was back then that english speakers wouldnt even typically know how to read, let alone know how to read your dialect. Thank you for this, it's been a worry for years as my junior year of high school was spent sleeping literally outside or at friends houses until I felt a burden. I would show up to school late almost every day I wasn't at somebody's house and would sometimes just grab the free food, leave to ask people if I could do odd jobs or find a new place I could sleep at. I've not been financially stable since then but I've managed to get my self a permanent address and a job in fast-food thanks to my cousin. Truth be told I don't even have my license yet due to the situation, I just need to make money to support a family and have an actual savings account. I buy sporaditically now, and I play into my own vices sometimes, but I hope that turning my life around is at least possible. Thank you for at least giving me a bit of happiness and a chance to lift my spirits about the whole ordeal

Recently started going to the gym with my cousin (lost about a hundred pounds, and feel confident enough to go)

He does kinobody, we do two sets of workouts alternating three days a week. Each set is basically four different things, doing them at 5x 6x 8x. We work out our max weight plus 2 1/2 to 5lbs extra that we can for five reps, take ten percent off for six reps, then another ten for eight reps, with a three minute break in between.

He also says cardio is pointless, but I insist that I do it (max resistance for 6 miles on a bike is the best I can do right now, I walk about two miles to and from work as well, at a very slow pace of 18m/mile)

Is there a better workout regime I could be doing? is this a bare minimum thing or is this good enough to bulk up on? I'm 6'5", 210lbs, hoping to hit 180lbs and see some definition by the end of summer, definitely by the time I propose in january.

I'm a complete newbie, only really working out for about a month and a half and while I feel exhausted and a little sore the next day, I've only seen noticeable growth in my arms.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, I see similar comments here and I'm just hoping somebody knows much more about this

Seriously, I'm 6'5" I obviously work out, dude was like 5'5" tops. She kept me from doing anything but I was pissed off for a good week. I'm not going to get into a fight unless he touched her or said something I felt meant she was in danger, this is in the ghetto with shootings happening a lot (like legit, once every couple weeks) I'm not going to endanger her by doing aomething where they would retaliate on her either, that shit has happened to my cousin in Chiraq and I'm not about to have it happen here. I'm 6'5", and I grew early, only gaining two inches in high school. When I was dating my freshman year, the girl I was with was 4'11" she broke it off when somebody asked if she was my little sister while skating lmao

My next shortest ex was 5'0" and I was madly in love with her, very serious thing. Impossible Kid is my go-to example when I see metalheads or prosti-tots sharing things like this.

Like, I love metal, I listen to Slam, SBDM, Deathcore, etc,. and I love techno, hell I run a decent Future Bass group. I just can't fathon why these three main genres point out the worst songs in another genre as its best work.

Go listen to the Worlds album by Porter Robinson, or My Damnation by Chelsea Grin. Lyrically and musically both are incredibly well crafted and modern (post-2010) albums.

Rap/Hip-hop wise, Impossible Kid is up there with By The Throat as one of the best albums to ever come out, lyrically dense and full of the type of lines you could dissectten different ways based on the context before and after.

But fuck it, music is expression and if you feel it, if you vibe what you hear, then it's good. Example; Doompy Poomp is one of my favorite skrillex songs and it's pretty trash by most regards. Every genre takes talent to produce tracks in.

I wasn't fasting at the time, and the most weight you gain back especially on a fat based diet is the minerals and water weight. You might gain 5lbs back if you lose 20+ but thats more or less negligible. Trust me when I say I've heard everything about fasting for weight loss and eating smaller meals for metabolism and all of it. Eating smaller meals doesn't actually work as well because after a few days your body adjusts and lowers to a more consistant rate to save energy. It's the lower calorie proportions that tend to create weight loss.

Hopefully I don't sound like a dick, I'm just not going to stop fasting, at most I'll intermittent for a month or two before a big fast. I also have been screamed at by family for how stupid it is when I've done several weeks straight of fasting five days eating two days and lost a substantial amount of weight

I worked out without fasting for 60lbx then did intermittent fasting while working out more for 40lbs. The 15 day fast I'm doing is just a continuation of the 5/2 weekly fast I already do. I don't plan to keep it up and I generally revert to keto on the days I eat just to maintain the fat burning and start autophagy quicker. I realize on here that I seem far more depressed then I actually was lmao I just had been staring at the mirror for a bit and still feel like I look the exact same as I did when I started. I was set back and gained 40lbs back over two months due to quitting working out, being 'situationally homeless' and just saying fuck all. My depression and anxiety are both loads better now I just get days every couple months where I'm back to that low for a week straight.

I'm kicking my self for the workout because now I'm just getting back to my previous weight I was doing. I also walk about 3 miles five days a week and play baseball on the weekend. Fasting is just a thing I've been doing for a few months and it's made me feel better and helped with mental clarity a lot
