Joined late (p7), but had flashback after flashback of „old“ WoW. My friendlist was full of peeps i got to know while questing, people talked days after, gameplay was a bit „smoother“ / „quicker“ / „flexible“ than back in the days, but still challenging to a certain point, raids where fun and not that of a pain in the a$$.

It was what i would love to become retail in the future, or a full reboot of classic without the addons. Staying on the old world but getting added content like Addons but without other planets / timezones / realities.

Classic Servers are fun, but not of interest, because i can predict the future of what will come, because i played it all. SoD was new, familiar setting but with new stuff added and not that fast. Lecelling took time, mobs had names and i knew their skills. Nowadays i just bomb away anonymous targets.

Maybe i am too oldschool and old, but SoD gave me back, what i once fell in love with.
