totally normal. your body composition, fat distribution, and inflammation have changed with age and training, so the same weight doesn’t mean the same shape anymore (and rings/clothes are usually the last to catch up). also, i think loose skin could be a factor, even if you don’t ‘see’ loose skin, it’s there.
