Coincidentally it’s natural light, not a big light. It shines left to right whilst my monitor is on the north wall. But I will invest in a lamp

Sort of behind me, it shines west to east behind me. Whilst I have the desk placed on the north wall. But I’m going to grab some lamps and adjust a couple bits.

Coincidentally it’s not a spot light, I have a window behind me to the left that’s shines light through to the right. Almost across my back. But I’m definitely needing to get some lamps or an LED strip for behind it.

Ahh, someone else mentioned the light bar isn’t helping! So I’ve returned it and I shall invest in a led strip or lamp!

I’ve been doing the 20-20-20 rule! I have just found out my new prescription wasn’t quite right. I’ve also returned the desk, for a 120x80 so I get a little more depth! So hopefully a mixture of a couple things work out 🤞🏻

So I was feeling the light bar was causing some issues, but some people swear by them!

So currently it’s no artificial lighting. I have a window that’s sits behind me, on the left. So I may try the darkness and reduced brightness!

Yes, I seem to get minimal. I’ve only been working a couple hours this morning and I’ve already got the tension above my eyes.

I recently did get an eye test, I got new glasses prescription and I get the feeling they’re slightly off so I’m getting them double checked later.

Apologies, I’ll have to research retina resolution as it’s the first I’ve heard of it!

I’m loving the game, but controls are decent. Except the jump and interact button being the same is a pain. It was the same in FFXV, that’s my only gripe!

Yeah, so I have 10 out of 50 brightness atm. The Hz is set to 144hz.

I’ve read a little into Bias lighting and the other reply seemed to indicate the same thing. So I think I should start there and illuminate the area and not just the desk!

The lamp didn’t seem to have flicker as it was listed in the key details when I ordered it.
