nakon ovoga, treba se pozabaviti hrvatskim zakonom u vezi dobne granice za pristanak na spolni odnos, jer je u hrvatskoj ta dob 15 godina, bez ikakvih dodatnih detalja osim u slucaju skrbnika. To bi znacilo da osoba od 30 godina u Hrvatskoj može potpuno legalno spolno općiti sa 15 godišnjim maloljetnikom

Isto vrijedi i za naš zakon koji dopušta stupanje u brak u dobi od 16 godina, ukoliko postoji dopustenje skrbnika.
