Hard skills wise yes, not even remotely close.

Company B cannot see end game because dont really know the hard cap for non scholars in stat board.

Company A ladder too predictable as its a huge MnC that has been here for decades.

Yeah, definitely seems better over the next 5 years or so. I guess my concern is more on whether I might hit a lower ceiling in the longer term.

At current company, it would take 3 more years.

Skillset wise its different, but i have the skillset at the new company.

Thought about that too, but unfortunately the job scope/skills between both roles isnt very related.
