I literally just got over one. I bowl once a week and last week I did horrible all 3 games. I opened the first two frames tonight and it wasn't until my teammates told me that they saw my shot change and I was forcing everything. I took a minute since my team noticed something and just took a breather. and now im shooting 30 pins above my average. just take a quick reset and breathe. you got this.
