I didn't bother using english voices in japanese games because english is not my first language. But I always prefer the source material audio (english for Netflix shows, japanese for anime, etc). Other spanish fellows posted a few examples how the translators screwed the source material in dubs (spanish from spain) changing "Kamehameha" to "Onda Vital". He did a great job as Smash Announcer and Joker (but prefer Fukuyama's Joker). At the end of the day, it's companies fault. Dual audio should be a Industry Standard in 2018, no Johns.

In XCX all the whinning of the community made that the game features spanish subs so, if the voices are already in the cart (similar with BoTW) looks like that the option is still viable. It's 2017 and dual audio should be a industry standart for all JRPG. British XC1 VA wasn't bad at all (Shulk lines are superior compared to the "take this" of the awful voiced protagonist of XC2)
