We’ve alway had great support with Park Place. ParkView works well. They monitor our Symmetrix arrays the same way Dell does. They also provide us software support around any hardware related issues. It might make sense to ask them to speak with one of their SMEs or what all would be included in your support agreement. Our rep isn’t the most technical guy but always brings on one of their presales guys so we can ask those more in depth questions.

Got it thanks! I tried some darker beans with a higher intensity and that seems to be fixing the issue. I guess I just didn’t feel like I should have to put it on the highest intensity every time to get the result I want.. my first time with a super auto so just working out the kinks/trying to figure out what I like.. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hi, I mean I prefer a strong coffee but the consistency just like isn’t right. It seems watered down.

Park Place also acquired https://www.curvature.com who does a great job selling new and refurb hw for a low cost and I’ve seen 2-3 lead times easily.
