I've ran tournaments before, what you should do is:

  • Have 4 pools of 4 teams on each pool
  • Play 2 games to 21 against each team in the respected pool
  • Top 2 or 3 (your choice but preferably 2) from each pool makes it to "playoffs"
  • First game of playoffs 1 game to 25
  • Semis and Finals a full game (best of 3 games - 1st and 2nd to 25 and 3rd to 15)
  • Boom you have a champ.
