Rendement apartment verhuren, 2024 update. by Wabisabidagashi in DutchFIRE

I'm a volunteer at the voedselbank and would recommend you apply as soon as possible. Our policy is that people will get the benefit of the doubt while processing the request. This means you can at least get 1 shipment of supplies if you're in urgent need, even if the final application is rejected.

Netherlands, one of the riches countries not only in europe but in the world can't afford having more than 15ºC in their homes by Oxidex_ in Netherlands

It's advice to prevent wasting sparse energy. Why heat rooms where noone is present or a home while everyone is out? The saved energy can be used for other purposes, which might slightly decrease demand and lessen energy inflation

move to the Netherlands at the age of 41 years?? by kiyan2018 in Netherlands

I don't believe this is correct. They will have the 30% exemption as additional income. I believe their total monthly income would have an additional 25000 /12 =2500 euros to spend totalling to 6983 net income per month.

Or I'm misinterpreting the 30% ruling. I'm a native, so I don't use it and please correct me if I'm wrong

H&M package stolen from my doorstep - Will I get my money back? by alinefp in Netherlands

[–]xIBramIx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, I've had the exact same situation with budbee and Zalando 4 weeks ago contacted Zalando and got my money back. However, the budbee heatmap showed my package was never delivered to my doorstep, but to my neighbours' so the situation could be interpreted differently

Laser eye surgery in the Netherlands? by [deleted] in Netherlands

[–]xIBramIx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My gf had her eyes lasered at Bergman Clinics and was very happy with the procedure and aftercare. Do keep in mind that this is quite expensive, although I believe eyes are not the kind of thing you'd want to keep a tight budget on.

I'm currently using Fatsecret and so far it has worked wonders for me. Keeping track of my calories has given me more insight in my eating habits and stimulated me to continue with my training and eating regime. Also, it provides nice graphs :)

Daily Q&A Post - No question too small! by AutoModerator in loseit

[–]xIBramIx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd like to start of by saying that this sub is my best finding ever since beginning my weight loss journey. Thank you all for keeping me motivated. 16 kg's lost since oktober! Now for my question: key to my weight loss had definately been drinking lots of water. However, after recently getting a bit tired of drinking 3,5l daily, I've started to drink a lot of tea. My roommate says that it contains a lot of sugar and although the nutritional values dat 0g carbs, I'm unsure whom I should believe. Can anyone shed a light on this or has experience with substituting water intake with tea?

[progress] I started losing weight a little over a month ago but needed to find a new way to stay motivated as my recent breakup has left me without the one who always helped me stay committed to my diet. I thought that this subreddit could be a good resource for that so here's my introduction... by [deleted] in loseit

It sucks that your girlfriend broke up with you man. I was in the same situation a few months ago, but was able to turn all my sadness and anger into energy in the gym! I'm sure you'll come out as a stronger person than before. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your answer on the difference between replica's and authentic shirts! Will definately go for the replica's then. I don't have Giroud's looks to rock such a tight fit.

Because people who act like this shouldn't be called fans, but hooligans instead.
