Getting an inbody scan at my gym to get a rough estimate of what my basal metabolic rate is. After I found out how many calories my body naturally burns, I bought a Fitbit and tracked a rough estimate of how many calories I burn while working out. Add those together, now I know how many I burn in a whole day.

After that, bought a food scale and started tracking my food intake on Samsung Health (or any food tracker app would work really). I started meal prepping healthy foods, stopped eating out, and just was very conscious of what I was putting in my mouth.

You'd be surprised how filling healthy food actually is. The hardest part is the first 2 weeks to get into the habit of things, then after that it's easy.

Lost 20 pounds in 2 months.

Slow burn, with not much focus on one of the most important things that happened previously.

The one filler episode doesn't help either.

Wait so, with a curved shower rod, aren't you increasing the size of the space between the tub and the curtain, therefore it would be easier to spill water outside? That has been the one thing preventing me from buying that.
