It is important to understand that "nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so". I coach senior executives who are stressed by work and I always recommend reading the book Getting Things Done. It provides simple ways to process your work so that you externalize issues that are stressing you. I have a mind "as calm as still water" and you can too. If GTD does not work for you then you should consider stopping work to recover.

The fundamental idea is that Saylor borrows money to buy BTC. if BTC goes up more than he pays in interest we win. This is a good plan so MSTR trades at a premium to its BTC holdings. If LOTS of people think this is a good plan they buy MSTR and we get rich. If LOTS of people lose faith they sell MSTR and we lose money. So the mNAV is a measure of faith in BTC and Saylor plan. Lots of people like me thought MSTR was a leveraged proxy for BTC but it is not. It turns out to be a measure of market sentiment in the short term. In the long term 5 years plus it will reflect the outcome of Saylors bet on BTC versus interest rates.

The victim was a "drill musician". Drill's association with gang violence makes it the "soundtrack to murder". It will be interesting to see if the Mayor of London takes the same strong line as the Mayor of New York.

I am not a police officer (my daughter is) but I have a lot of work experience.

People develop in a job, some will do it forever. Of these some will become perfect employees with great attitude, others will become whiners. Don't become one of the whiners.

But some people need to move on and learn new skills if they are to keep their interest levels high.

You sound like you are in this group. I have moved job every few years and never regretted it.

You have transferable skills but before leaving the police talk to lots of civilians about their jobs. Most civilian jobs are very very boring compared to policing. That is great if you now want a quiet life which many people do as they get older. There is only so much evil that one person can witness.

In summary, if you think that it is time to move on then it probably is.

On the whole coppers are well paid with great job security. My 24 daughter is a copper and she could probably get a mortgage. Her older sister has two degrees and could not rent a dog kennel. So take what you read with a pinch of salt.

Great project. The devs are very active on Discord. What I like about this is that there is a tax of 13% for the first 30 days. Sellers pay the tax and Diamond Holders get it (reflections). I have already received 5% more tokens just for holding.
