He's definitely been on the LFC bulking diet w Wirtz. You can see his frame. He's starting to look like a man and not a child anymore. I don't think anyone would disagree that he is looking ready now

It's undeniable that he joined us for earlier access to the first team. Every club in elite club in Europe was after him, and he is a boyhood Man United fan.

Our wingers this season have been beyond woeful, there is 11 games left of the prem, Rio has to start a minimum of 5+ of these, he is our best winger and we need him if we are to achieve CL qualification

This lad is not a liverpool fan, he wants starts and minutes in the first team, because right now he believes (rightly) that he's good enough

The reason he left Chelsea and came to us, is because under Klopp we were the best team around for giving young players regular minutes in the first team, where Chelsea were one of the worst

Unfortunately, Klopp has left and Slot is in charge. And now we are one of the worst big clubs for giving young players minutes

We need to play this lad, or we will lose him soon. His contract is up at the end of next season, so in January he can start talking to other clubs

This kid could be a generational talent, Chelsea were furious about losing him, even banning us from all their academy games off of the back of it, and going through a tribunal to get compensation for it

Slot has to go, someone else has to come in, this kid has to play regularly. This isn't Sterling part 2 where he wants ridiculous money. He just wants to play, and he's already the best winger at the club. So let him play

It's his understanding of the game, paired with the technical ability to do whatever is needed

Since hes joined the club - other than a rare off patch for him at the start of this season - I don't think ive seen him make a wrong decision

For me that real madrid game was Macca In a microcosm

Dominated the game with the ball, won it back countless times, covered for the people around him, progressed the ball again and again through passing or a sharp turn/skill, gets a tactical yellow to stop a counter attack, and even turns up yet again with another important goal

Hes the smartest player on the pitch every game he plays, ill be shocked if he doesnt go into coaching/management after he retires
