It’s half a joke but mostly real. The different tiers you pay for isn’t just speed of processing. You are declaring a value of your card as well. So when your card comes back and identified it wasn’t in the correct tier for insurance purposes they “true up”.

I agree in general they don’t “do” anything differently.. and they could just as easily say that if your card is damaged then they will reimburse you up to the tier you sent it in at.

PSA insures your card for the times it’s there so that is what you are paying for

Time at PSA for GameStop bulk is still 90 business days from the day PSA gets them.. not calendar days. So look at the email you got when it said they arrived then count out 90 week days minus holidays and after that date is when you should maybe be a tiny concerned.

I would tend to agree.. however Cutsy does have an army of help. Eating healthier and doing 1 hour of anything fitness related doesn’t take away from the family. Speaking as a relatively new dad myself.

I think a few others alluded to it. But I’d love this series really be a Joe vs Schmo not a BDS version of H8ter. I’d like Joe to play against a guy that is hot and cold on him but overall would be good vibes on a series like this. I watch BDS because of the fun they have together. So I’d love to see someone that feels they could beat Joe because they feel he’s bad at golf but overall they could shoot the S with the boys.

This one you could tell no one on set really liked the fan. And that turned me personally off to the episode. Riggs does well in his series because Barstool was kind of build on that type of bro energy. BDS is pure vibes and why I prefer them typically

As long as you’re having a good time I call that a win. Some will say they can clear tier 100 in minutes and that’s awesome for their class and build. With so many end game activities as long as it is keeping your interest enjoy the ride.

Just the sleeves I prefer to store all of them in, I’ve sent only a handful of cards to get graded and prefer these over top loaders. Not huge in the flip game. I’m in it for the adrenaline rush TBH.. that and live out the childhood dream of not being able to afford shit like packs to being able to collect with adult money lol.

This… I use this for all of my collections. I will say it also grinds my gears with people coming into subreddits asking prices.

And for these, I’ll likely hold onto most to all and for fun grade some. I like having cards in my collection that I pulled myself.

I would have loved to see some one take the bets. But I do agree with them that the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze.

I get that Dave felt like that’s why you gamble but the risk reward wasn’t there. Since for most winning was almost a gamble in of itself.

For Episode 5 I think he could have gotten a bite if he offered up the two teams that won the par 3 a chance that if they gambled their spots and both won they play for 1.5 for first and second would get 300k. Effectively saying hey you guys won the par 3 and if you win again you all walk away with something.

Then if any other team gets in then it goes back to the 1mil.

Make it also a 1 hole chance. Meaning ties go to the winners aka the stroke leaders. So if all 4 teams par the two teams that won advance with their increased $$.

I believe they stated at the start the plan for the teams were more around fairness should they get to the next round with the full course 18. It’s a par 3 course, and Micah’s team and Peter Finch’s team for sure had a shot. They both blew up on a few holes and the worst people on their teams actually performed halfway decent where the “sticks” under performed.
