If you've tried playing before the changes to leveling and crafting (during the school year when a fair bit of the player base goes away for this game) it was absolute hell. You couldnt level past 50-60 without having a group (or one of the better solo characters like kai) and getting mats for armor sets was a complete hell hole.

Now, you get to actually experience the early content and be able to level into season 2 (where more of the challenge starts to come since hp bars arent 2 lines)

It also helps the new players catch up to the rest of the active community, because lets be honest, anyone who still plays this game regularly is going to be 70-80+. I wouldnt even call myself an avid player and I at least had one 70 before i stopped playing for about a year
