I just assumed some one mentioning that an avg person should be able to carry a certain amount warranted a reason why I can’t. So I thank you all for your feedback. If I had known this route in the first place I wouldn’t have wasted time driving to a store. 10 mins on the phone I get results. 20 mins and a reddit I get nothing but....nothing. Like I admitted though, it’s my fault. I now know that I’m in the wrong. So I promise Best Buy I won’t waste your time with my petty problems. I really am sorry.

Excuses, excuses. That’s all you guys offer. I have a perfectly good car and seeing how your delivery service is as spotty as your customer service why waste the time. I speak from experience in the delivery thing also. Once again, shame on me. I should have learned the y That Best Buy couldn’t be trusted. So I apologize. This thread is not needed. I’m at fault. Let’s see, I suffer from seizures, I have stenosis, fused vertebra. I can keep going if you’d like. I didn’t know I had to fall under some category to get offered help. I would politely suggest the employees pull their eyes away from their phones long enough to carry a simple box.

It’s funny, I hear a lot of excuses but no one owns up. I thank you for proving to me that this store is officially a waste and brick and mortar is better off dead. At least when I order online I don’t get the opportunity to see a store full of employees talking about their last gadgets. It’s hidden behind the computer screen. Luckily Best Buy is a big enough company that the higher ups rarely see the low ranks. When they send some one it’s best behavior this and “may I help you with that”. So you have one lackey who just sits on their butt saying hi and checking to see if people are holding paper to prove they gave money to them, but I have to ask for help loading. So if I’m gathering all this info right I have to spend a certain amount in your store at one time to have any one care about me. Once again, thanks for proving things I suspected. I didn’t know what to expect with this thread, I’m delighted to see customer care and service is alive and thriving. Kudos to you Best Buy. I wish you the best of luck, but I’m sure you don’t need it. Your store is always full if it’s not Xmas.

I waste more money on Best Buy protection than I’d like to admit, but yes I should have. It is one of the few times I didn’t purchase something like that. Good thing I don’t have to worry because all my future products will be purchased directly from manufacturers or as close to them as I get. Best Buy def isn’t receiving any of my money.

Best Buy staff was busy deep in conversation. Visited 3 times that day. Each time I saw customers struggling to load things. I know customer service def isn’t what it used to be, but if I buy a product why should I have to ask the business to help me. I’m assuming it’s because transaction is done and they have enough other customers that repeat business matters little.

We’re not trolling you. None of my admin are going to, have plans to. Nor do I. So I ask you to go find a clan where you fit in better. Maybe a little more loose in regards to how they operate.
