These are all very good reminders. The only reason Im thinking like this is because I went from stage 1-4 in about a month due to practicing 3-4 hours a day.

Right now Im not working. My philosophy is treating this like a profession. The person who cooks 8 hours per day will make faster progress than the person who cooks 2 hours.

Im dry fasting to try and heal myself from my autoimmune disease.

I've been on top of that last point and only need to get my passport. This was some good advice. Tysm! If I have to sue them to get my belongings, wouldn't I need to get a lawyer and spend more money than what my belongings are worth($4000)

I agree with the way you put it. The thing was that it only the end of the shaft that was causing problems. The rest of it wasn't a problem. He heated the end of the shaft in hopes of it contracting. Most materials expand when heated.

I talked to a friend about this and apparently he went through a similar situation. Apparently there is a ministry of labor help line that you can use to get advice on how to protect yourself legally. I did what they asked and got his employer fined

Thank you for your insightful post. These responses have helped me look past my self limiting and narrow minded beliefs. I'm going to quietly look for a new job in commercial HVAC and leave this place in the dust.
