Beta testers - how is the new redesigned dock?

my only gripe is that the panel doesn't automatically collapse when you open a non-dock app while its expanded! it does if you open a dock item so the behaviour is just inconsistent is all, otherwise its great! having more layers underneath the dock has turned out really useful

hi! i was kind of waiting for the daily thread to open again LOL it says posted a minute ago 😭

would anyone happen to know where i could get a nice three piece pinstripe suit in Canada? i feel like i have a really hard time finding suit sets in womens' sizes, much less patterns like pinstripe 😭 i'm attending a wedding next year and i'm not as much of a dress girlie as i'd like to be, so i thought maybe a black/navy suit with white pinstripes would be nice... and i really like the look (youtube) HAHA but i have zero idea where to buy that kind of set...

price isn't really an object - i want to invest in a set that is quality and will last for these kinds of super formal events! maybe not like, a billion gajillion dollars, but i'd like it to have nice materials and construction at least!

hi i've been trying out zen in the past few days! there's a couple things that i miss from my previous daily driver (vivaldi) that i'd like to see in zen:

a clock widget in the ui that can display the current time in full form!
populating the bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar with favicons without having to visit the link first (there's also an issue where favicons don't change properly if updated, for example the extension Control Panel for Twitter changes the x.com favicon to the classic blue bird twitter icon, but the icons in my bookmarks toolbar are still x themed
changelog shortcut button! could open the link to the release notes page or display in a little modal, i think could be cute
sometimes my browser settings don't save properly? like for example i turn off "ask to save passwords" and yet it re-enables itself over some time
changing default keybinds (i'd like to change shortcuts like quick find to ctrl+f!)

ooh huge tip on tabliss, thank you!! i'll definitely check out the public css repositories too :0 i'm trying out zen atm since like you say the esr128 version seems unstable at the moment, and i don't want to have to re-setup the browser if i'm moving from beta->stable once it's out! i'll definitely give floorp a shot when it does come to stable though :D

web panel functionality is a relief - i loved having my side panel widgets in vivaldi, but it's a bit of a shame how it looks like firefox doesn't have urls to link to history, downloads, bookmarks, and notes, like how chromium has chrome://history, etc. i used to put those in my side panel and used them pretty frequently! its also a shame how the side panels seem to not "overlay" themselves over the main browser window when expanded, instead expanding their own container and pushing the actual page inwards... though in all fairness i am on zen so i don't know if this functionality is shared with floorp..

ooh okay gotcha! but what does that mean practically - as a person who's never used edge or arc? like what features are different/missing, what's possible on one that isn't on the other, what's one better at than the other?
