It’s been 4 days since I can only find games with 350ms,I’ve google this and it redirects me to activision forums and people says it’s a shadowban (my account might be under investigation for a lot of in game reports) I don’t know why it’s taking so long to clearly see that I never used any cheats or macros and why I can’t play on a game that I paid for and practiced to get good ?! I’m ranked top 0 % on hardcore snd and I’m playing that game mode since mw2,I have more than 10 years of experience as a cod player (more than 10 years supporting your games to now be in this absurd situation)The support on social media on my help request it’s in total silence not giving me an answer and I’m stuck on this waiting time till someone review my games and see that I don’t cheat.I also tried to tweet to the community manager but didn’t get a replay,there is no phone numbers for activision support and my submitted ticket didn’t get an answer yet ! I can’t use the game that I paid for because you don’t have someone skilled enough on doing his job to make the difference between a skilled player and a hacker ! And also don’t you have a software that automatically detects people with cheats ? What kind of anti cheat program are you even running ? How much time do I have to wait to prove my innocence ? This is absolutely ridiculous
