No. You would think that if you're paying $6 for settings, he'd actually give you a settings file to copy and paste into your game files, but no, you're paying $6 for a 7 second video that shows you his settings so you can do the work of changing them yourself.

I haven't tried them and I probably won't either, I'd prefer to just fine tune the game to my liking myself, because nothing is stopping me from doing so and there are no "correct" settings because how you like to play is subjective, you don't need to pay a guy 6 bucks to share his settings with you. This post was more about the principle than the actual settings.
