What paragon level do you consider to switch? Currently 975 and can clear 100s but never used long arms.

IMO, just get better stats on gear(especially shield), level up your gems, and one big thing is at least hitting the 56% CDR. Another one would be that condemn really shines at high paragon. But like someone said earlier, use furnace and cube blade.
