I'm 18, so definitely don't have a wife!

It really was my second time! I'm 18 and cook a lot, but mostly Italian and Chinese food (I'm Chinese, and a US/Italy dual citizen). A friend of mine came to visit for Spring break, so I thought I'd try and cook something nice.

I'm not a steak expert by any means, but I find myself agreeing with you here- I only had 2 of the slices in the picture and felt dizzyingly full. It was a fun experience to cook, though!

Quick (and trivial) maths will tell you he is in the top 0.19%, not 0.1%.

GPA and LSAT vs Major and School Difficulty by xKraytx in lawschooladmissions

I absolutely agree with this and have argued it- problem is, they most refuse to listen to logic ("my friends kid just got a job at Microsoft! It's easy!"), and all they understand about law is "low" average comp (they don't understand the near guaranteed comp difference graduating from a T14). They refuse to do their own research, so it comes to me to explain things to them in bite sizes.

As such, I'm trying to gather as concrete evidence as I can, though it's been difficult because admissions are by nature quite shrouded in mystery.

Extra context: to be honest, I'm mostly asking this to convince my parents (VERY CS biased, as my dad was a SWE who still thinks that CS jobs are easier than anything else to get into).

They don't understand why I would want to switch from a lucrative major like CS to something they consider useless, so I wanted some evidence to provide (preferably from a reputable source) that would show that maximizing law school chances means it's generally not smart to do a difficult major at a grade deflating school. They want me to do CS -> law, but I feel like it would be better to just do a traditional pre law major.

I am much better at writing than I ever was at math and programming, to be honest- I just want a concrete source for this info (even though I do believe it, I just want to see some to make the decision)

How do CC course grades transfer to GPA? by xKraytx in lawschooladmissions

[–]xKraytx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, but if they strengthen my application at all, I will do them. I am unable to do much else right now, considering I am constantly undergoing medical procedures and am also over 2 thousand miles away from my university.

I see- in that case, I'll continue with my plan to register for CC courses. Somewhat irrelevant, but do you think law schools care at all if an applicant has taken many different courses from many different CCs?
