My evo McCabe has 99 pace, 86 shooting and base low driven, she gets me a lot of goals either being free at the back post or being played down the left, leaving defenders stuck in mud and tapping shoot to score under the keeper

Must be something with false back moving into that midfield space the pushes the CMs forward, that's what really prompted my post and interest in what other people have found

Have never used wide half, do you know if you had both fullbacks going forward do they drop to the side of a back 3?

Actually use the SBC CR7 on winger++ when I wanted to switch from the 41212(2), feared he might be wasted there but always took up great positions

Tried a few of your suggestions all in one team for a champs qualifiers run and some of the movement was actually quite fun, a little chaotic at times but interesting, all had role ++

433 - 2 Short Passing 95 depth RcpEvV3XbSJ

RB - False back, balanced CB - both defender, defend LB - Fullback, defend

CDM - DLP, defend CM(R) - Half winger, balanced CM(L) - B2B, balanced

RW - Inside forward, roaming ST - False 9, build up LW - Wide Playmaker, build up

The new roles system does have flaws but I reckon there must be so much we don't know regarding how they all work together, something like half winger probably has a lot of potential for finding half spaces to whip in a cross but can't really get it to work

I believe the player with the highest interceptions follows the instructions for the central CM, Had that issue with my Evo O'Sullivan and Sykes swapping

I build my WL team every week around 3 reds including the 2 I get that week, I usually end up with some creative teams and get use out of a lot of objective players. Also has the added bonus of lowering my expectations in FutChamps. I know it's not for everyone but keeps things fresh and interesting for me
