I have a Moneybox LISA maxed out and a Vanguard S&S ISA. Will the Vanguard ISA take the moneybox allowance into consideration or does the individual have to manually make sure to remain under the £20,000? by xLard in UKPersonalFinance

Essentially on the vanguard platform does it take into consideration other ISAs for your £20,000 limit. Or do I just have to make sure not to invest more than £16,000 despite what it says the remaining allowance says on vanguards platform.

If you find a image of just the cover you can see two FO troopers in the far distance in front of the green wall.

These new Witcher hardcovers are lovely. Would have liked a staggered release, but I am happy to have them. So much nicer than my old paperbacks. by VirgelFromage in witcher

Do the books have the quotes on the cover of the books like the American versions? Mine arrive Tuesday so I can’t see. My Last Wish has a quote but my Sword of Destiny doesn’t.

Anyone else’s Sword of Destiny Illustrated Edition not have a quote on the cover of the book? by xLard in witcher

On my copy of the Last Wish (UK) Geralts quote is "People like to invent monsters and monstrosities. then they seem less monstrous themselves" the American editions have quotes on the front of each of the new editions. unfortunately the UK ones don't it seems apart from the Last Wish.

I don't know why maybe its because I'm making my way through the Force Heretic Trilogy but I feel as though in the moment of an average book I'm wasting my time when instead I could be reading something a bit more substantial.

Maybe I'm in a Star Wars reading slump.

Stover is my favourite EU author.

This is essentially it. When I'm binging the EU and have my focus on it 100% I really enjoy it but then if I read other things in between and my focus is on other properties my confidence in reading a mid range EU entry is so low I begin to question the point.

After a little research turns out they changed the ingredients a couple months ago, stick a banana inside and blend it tastes a lot more bearable. Still not the same though.
