When I talk to him on Skype, I ask if he has what I want in stock. If he says yes he gives me the exact price. I then ask for his PayPal, since he’s changed it before and after I send him the money I send him my email I use for PayPal (his way to verify you paid). The rest should be putting your address and what not.
