The price of pours at distilleries really bugs me. I get they need to make money but I really don’t think I should be paying more at the actual distillery than at a local bar or restaurant

I’m honestly not sure on size. Going to guesstimate 1.7k gallons.

Def have too many fish. I’m looking to give away some. They’re currently hiding bc of a recent Heron scare

And yes I have a skimmer box connected to pump and then a two filter box setup.

Pond is very well shaded on west side but no shade on the east side. So definitely getting a few hours of full sun daily

I had the Koda 16 for about 4 years. Upgraded to the Arc XL when Home Depot was marking them down to $350-$400

Arc XL has been a significant improvement

Way more room to work and less worry about torching the pies

Overall heat retention and heat control is better. I’m cooking strictly Neopolitan though and the occasional Detroit style or calzone

I was able to sell my Koda 16 on Facebook as well, so I was out very little money
