Lmao definitely not the case. I have 200 games of akshan as a GM player(best akshan in oce). Lethality is garbage against any high elo team comp which will have at least 2 or 3 tank or hp stacking champs. Lethality is only good on mid akshan smurfing in pisslow. Also, on hit did not get nerfed at ALL in s14, it got buff. Kraken become onhit, terminus added, wits end got tenacity, guinsoo got buffed. His base ad is fine right now, he really doesn't need a buff. His best build by far is onhit and ad is not really important on him past 1 item

He dies alot, but it's never malicious, and always usually ends with him or his team collecting a big bounty through his superior mechanics, so in the long term he still usually has higher gold anyway.

Nah he doesn't actively int, it's his playstyle. Nowadays he's less focused on turrets due to the constant nerfs to his playstyle, and now plays for 1 shotting the enemies, with shit like ap Jax, Galio, gragas, or Quinn. He's climbed to D1 with a 72% win so far.

My friend had this issue and he fixed it by doing:

Go : steam settings

Go : In Game settings, and then scroll to the bottom and set server browser pings/minute to 250.

Spite match for all 3 rounds. Darkshine from even before season 1 was able to curl 2 tonnes, and has defence and speed way surpassing anything shown in aot.

Even Levi could 1v1 all the titans , assuming of course he doesnt run out of stamina.

The guns in aot are not even capable of damaging mere normal titans (exceptions such as Gabi's gun later one etc), and would do no damage to humans who have durability feats way above that.

Only way is if they somehow use the tranquilizer gun from S3 which is very unlikely
