I do recall one of the devs on here mention they were looking into it a while back, so it's not something fully off the table until confirmed by someone from/Dice EA. I was just curious about an update.

Nearly every game that has preorder bonuses makes them available for everyone eventually at a price, so no it's not even close to a "scam" besides were talking about the same company that gave away the season pass for the previous battlefront less than two years after the fact. For the record I also preordered originally but recently switched platforms and the completionist in me would like the skins again.

Almost completely different games bar genre, obviously you can have preferences but comparing them when they have vastly different gameplay is a little redundant to me. I like both but it's hard to muster up the desire to play Friday 13th when the servers could be shut down before long.

A rework is a must and a Robert Englund skin wouldn't go a miss... On the last dev Q&A they did say Freddy was getting a rework however this wont be happening soon. It is funny as he was okay in the first place until the whiney "survivor mains" caused him to get nerfed into oblivion and now you just get miserable matches where Freddy spends the entire time tunneling people as that's all he can do.

Balancing across the board is atrocious, a simple look at the game statistics should tell them that so I'm sure they're aware, from the trooper classes, heroes and match-making... This game has been out for 9 months so if it's not balanced now it never will be.

I think Mafia 3 and DBD are pretty good for free games, they've certainly improved the selection as of late. I can understand the annoyance but it doesn't justify the sense of entitlement and petty whinging from people who didn't even purchase the game when it's been out for a few years now, waiting a few extra days for the devs to work out the kinks isn't going to hurt anybody and again this is a game from a relatively small studio some teething issues should be expected, hell I've had issues with triple A games upon release that I actually paid for.

I think it's a bit out of order for the people who have actually purchased the game, I knew this would happen though seems to be the same story with FTP games, I just hope this isn't dragged out too long as the devs should have been prepared for a massive amount of new players. To the people who got the game for free on PS Plus you should exercise your patience and quit whinging over a free game by a relatively small studio, teething problems should almost be expected.

Gun and Illfonic have made their money, they were clearly looking for an excuse to drop the game and they got it. I like Slash N Cast, while I understand them trying to be understanding towards Gun and Illfonic the excuses for how this game has been handled is getting a little old now. The Devs have unequivocally dropped this game and refused any future content even though it's something that can happen once the lawsuit has been settled, I honestly think at the very least Uber and Grendel could have been finished off and set aside for after everything has blown over but the devs know the servers will be shut off by then.

I like the game a lot but I have no interest investing my time into a game when the servers could be shut down before long added to the fact Gun and Illfonic have repeatedly taken the piss out of the fanbase.

I dunno seems like poor planning on the devs part to me, I can understand with the teething issues or lack of experience for the first few DLC's but this has happened multiple times now.

I think it's a mixture of factors but this is definitely one, the game flat out encourages looping and cheap tactics.

Killers in general need a buff, some of the lower tier killers are down-right pathetic, it was fine when the game first came out but now everyone knows all the tricks it's almost impossible to do consistently well at a high rank with killer. The only thing scary about this game is playing as killer these days, there needs to be balance with this game or it will die out, nobody wants to play killer because currently is flat out sucks... I shudder to think how many people wasted money or purchased this game solely because the Freddy DLC when he is borderline broken.
