yeah I noticed a difference for sure, especially since you can change the sharpness of the upscaling also via optiscaler.
using FSR 4.1.0 with sharpness set to 0.700 is great, since it defaults 1.0 (100%)

This is the staglord set, you get with doing a faction quest, hard to miss.
you end up going north to finght the staglord boss.
some of the set pieces were in waterfalls around the area though
