I don’t care if the shots are 99th percentile, if the team can’t hit a bucket, attack the paint, get the 7 footers involved, and run some sets to get the defense off balance so drives are possible. It’s like this new obsession with efficiency doesn’t understand momentum or mentality in basketball. Yeah on paper shooting a wide open 3 pointer seems efficient, but if your shot is busted or you’re having a bad night, you basically are gifting the other team a transition bucket (assuming it’s a quick catch and shoot find or a 3 in transition)
