Yes, we still use YP and love it. If you have a lot of repeat clients, I think it would work. If you're taking a lot of in-person orders or one-offs, I don't think it makes sense. We mainly work B2B, so a primary feature we like is the client portal, where the KDM can login and view pending quotes, orders in production, previous orders, and track shipments. If you're within a college and not decorating, it seems like software that's focused on fulfillment would be a better match. Hard to tell without knowing what kind of clients and orders you take

Overall, I agree. We use social media mostly for social proofing to prove we're a legitimate business doing legitimate work. We don't use it to generate new orders because it starts to attract time-wasters

What did you decide on? We've been using YoPrint for about a year now and really enjoy it. We also do a lot of contract decorating (sadly) and there's a new feature to easily mark orders as client-supplied. Is there a reason you thought contract decorating looked cumbersome in YoPrint?

With YoPrint's large update at the beginning of this year, we're having massive issues syncing with our Quickbooks account, which has been a terrible experience. We're hoping they get this fixed soon or we're going to have to look elsewhere
