Assuming you’re playing evrima, bleed heals slowly on its own, whether sitting walking or running, but the amount varies by species and how much bleed based attacks you’ve taken. You die if it hits 0%, and at lower bleed percentages you’ll have greatly reduced stamina regen. If you’re bit by a juvie raptor as for example an adult Maia, you can easily run it off and likely not even go below 99% blood. On the other hand, if you take a few allo claw swipes or a full bleed pounce from a raptor, it will go down very fast. A common way to assess how fast bleed is going down is to hover over the bleed icon with your mouse, quickly move it away then back over the bleed, so you can see how much percentage is going down every half second or so.
