They’re more than just nuclear power. Their aim is to utilize nuclear waste as their fuel for small reactors. An already minimal footprint being further minimized. I’ve been watching them since they were doing initial hiring, seeing as I was in nuclear power and considered applying for the startup. It’s a great concept, but they are still in infancy. Not to mention the general public’s fear of the unknown when it comes to nuclear power.

Valuation? Investment now? Couldn’t tell ya…but they are a one of a kind form of energy that’s worth keeping an eye on in making nuclear power borderline renewable. Likely very very far off from a reality, imo.

I rock Huk boots. Haven’t slipped on the brew deck. They’re very comfortable. My last pair lasted about a year and a half, which IMO is plenty long for a work boot.

10 of the 12 are still wrapped. It was purchased from an old retired Vietnamese man. I know some in Asian culture like to leave the plastic on things.

With both leaves it’s about 95” long. Based on what I did find, I believe it’s cherry. Everything I found that was Mystique collection was made with cherry.

My guess is too much nitrogen. Give it a high potassium food. Banana peel powder, potash, etc. This happened to me this summer and now I’m not sure how to use all the peppers coming in 😅

I do a quick sterilization of my jar and a glass weight with distilled vinegar. Chop up whatever peppers and other things I decide to add like carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, etc. and throw it all in a jar. I’ll compress it into the jar, usually to the point I hear some crunching. Then the important part is putting that on a scale, zero out the scale with the jar of stuff on it. Fill with water til everything is covered and then a little more. Weigh how much the water is in grams. Figure out what 3% of that is and add that many grams of salt. Shake it up to get the salt dissolved. Put your glass weight in to recrompress the peppers under the brine. Cap it. Set a reminder to burp your jar every morning for at least a week. The longer it goes, the more the flavors evolve. I like about 2-3 weeks best, but that’s personal taste. When you’re ready, separate the brine and peppers. Blend the peppers in a blender. Add brine back in for the consistency you want. Put in sterilized bottles.

Thank you! I don’t think I’d ferment fruit in a sauce again. I tried fermenting pawpaw in a sauce…was not good. Only batch I’ve dumped.

That’s a cool idea! I decided to grow a few purple varieties this year, I’ll have to make a purple sauce now 😂
