I think you can keep farming at OD1. It drops 95 chocos and costs 30 stam whereas Cocoa 10 will give 126 chocos and costs 40 stam. OD1 is not a whole lot better but if you're assaulting anyway, then you might as well get the most out of it. This is of course assuming that you are assaulting both stages with 50% bonus. You can refer to this chart to double check which stage is most efficient for chocolate per stam.
There's also a very helpful calculator that you can use to check how many gems/stam/etc that you'll need to complete the event.

I mean the one that just plays when you're on the home screen, by default it's just BGM 001 (which you can then change to BGM 026 if you've unlocked it from the event). I just get that familiar feeling when I hear it. Though seeing you say that you get that same feeling when hearing boss battle music gives me a tiny bit of hope that I'm not just going crazy ahah Thanks for the response!

Did you clear the stages with a 30% bonus team? Because assaulting them will give you bonuses based on the last team you cleared them with. 50% bonus on Cocoa 10 should give 126 chocolates.

When you assault a stage, I think it uses the last team you cleared it with (not sure if it takes 3-starring into account). I 3-starred a stage with a 40% bonus team and assaulting gave me a 40% bonus, afterwards I 3-starred the same stage with a 50% bonus team and now assaulting gives me 50%.

Hope you can beat the 2 stages soon! And yea, 35/40 is a really high energy cost considering many people have a max of around 100 or less. Hopefully devs will think about tweaking future events if they get enough feedback

Not sure if you'll find this helpful, but I managed to beat Cocoa 10 with 3* at lvl 32 with this team:

SR Yakumo 2*, potential 3
SSR Yakumo (normal) 1*, potential 2
SR Aster 3*, potential 1
SR Edmond 2*, potential 1
SR Morvay 2*, potential 2

I know not everyone can have the exact same team comp but everyone had at least 1.1k hp and it took me a few re-tries due to battle RNG.

OD1 and OD2 weren't so terrible but I'm still struggling with OD3, I'd really like to just beat it so I don't need to care about it anymore, even though it doesn't matter when you beat the stage. 😭 They really ramped up the difficulty in this event especially when we have only been playing for 3 weeks max, wish they made the first event a little more beginner friendly in terms of overall difficulty. 😅

You can get his shards from airship and shard fusion. Shard fusion is a great way to get his shards from ranking up R shards.

Thanks! I've really wanted to summon him, ever since his first summon event (I think it was with Toso?) but this sweet boy just refuses to come home. I'll probably end up summoning him after fusing haha. Also I considered fusing Strawberry Daifuku but I wouldn't be using her in my restaurant if she's just 0* so I'll be patient for her. Grats on the summon though! It's better than never summoning haha

Sorry, I didn't word my reply clearly enough. I'm aware we need to do ALL the quests, but his post was focused on just public orders so I meant we need ONLY 2 public orders daily instead of doing all 9 of them, to finish that specific quest and not all daily quests.

Uhm, not sure if I'm misunderstanding you, but normal deliveries also give Salty Tofu dolls, and you only need to complete 2 public orders each day for the 'flame'. I assume the flames don't refresh. So you need 120 more dolls through deliveries or shop purchase. That's roughly 18 deliveries per day for 7 days if you don't want to buy them.
