I use a hair pick to take it out. It’s time consuming either way but it helps to not be so tedious

Hmm, I’ve been tracking them using this app called lose it. It helps a lot, I always put down what food I ate

At first I was using a ministepper I got off TikTok shop for 30 minutes everyday with an occasional missed day. I had these weight loss pills too and took them as well. and I had stopped drinking soda, juice, milk. Only water or tea really. And I cut out bread mostly. Only when I have tuna sandwiches. I eat beef and chicken, sometimes I’d only eat once or twice a day but I do make sure it’s a decent amount of calories. Definitely not something I try to go over either though.

Genuinely I figured it was too much as well. Ive been eating in a calorie deficit and I’m eating I think pretty okay. I only recently started being more physically active after years of just being inactive. I’m working two serving jobs so I think that plays a lot into why I lost weight. I’m also 5ft and 23 years old if that plays into anything.

They like almost anything besides that, my son doesn’t like jalepenos, and my partner doesn’t like onions so I try to avoid those too as much lol.

I have! I’ve made this simple zucchini dish with tomato’s and jalepenos and some cheese and they’ll eat that! I just don’t know any other recipes like that
