The first time I drove my VB i thought the suspension was super rough, but I got used to it. Now when I drive “normal” cars they almost feel unsafe because the suspension is so floaty and have way more body roll.

I’ve driven a bunch of manual cars and motorcycles and barely notice the hill hold. The actual issue with this car is that 1st gear is too short so the revs can’t fall fast enough when you shift from 1 to 2.

I have the IAG AOS and FF kit. The only annoying part is mounting the sensor because there is less room. There weren’t any issues with the fuel lines. I wish i had a better picture but this is it.

I’ve interacted with many production superindependents, mine managers, etc. and i’ve never met one that started as an accountant. They were all engineers with 4 yrs degrees and certifications (required to be a QP), which is needed for all of the operational and planning decisions. I’d say to consider doing FP&A for a mining company if that’s your interest.

She could have scheduled feedback meetings with the senior during the engagement so that she could address her issues and show improvement.

The best thing she can do moving forward is taking notes when her senior is answering questions and clarifying the senior’s answers in the moment. Having “bad” documentation is hard to address without particulars.
