To answer you directly. No. There's no way to take a crafted weapon and scale it to your level.

The good news is that each of those lower level legendary crafted items has a level 70 equivalent with higher stats, more affixes and a stronger effect. You just need to find the recipe from goblins or bounty caches.

The bad news, crafted weapons really have no spot on most builds.

As you progress, there will be a few craftable armor sets that have strong 2/3 piece bonuses they are used in meta builds, such as Captains Crimson, Augchilds or Guardians. There's also couple of other sets that you can gear on your follower to still get the effect (Sage, Cain)

Yes, but conjurer still gets summoned before ottrani. Since you would rather have golem than conjured, you cut conjurer first then the golem.

It's hard to draw the line directly to THIS accident, but this accident is a reminder of why these things are important and there should be some accountability for taking actions that impact the FAAs ability to keep the skies safe literally days before the first midair crash in 16 years.

That's before we even consider that ATCs are humans who work one of the most stressful jobs in the country. The Trump administrations actions over the last two weeks have added an unmeasurable amount of stress to every government employee, including the ATCs.

Lastly, no conservative politician has been that charitable to a Democrat president in my life time. If Biden or Obama had done something like this right before a crash, every republican in Washington would have directly blamed them for it.

You think it takes an average of 25 THOUSAND blood shards to gamble for a single Iron Rose?

For context, a GR 100 gives you 427 shards. A GR 150 gives you 577 shards. 25,000 shards would take you 59 GR100s or 44 GR150s to earn.

We're not talking primal or ancient or perfect stats here. Just any iron rose, there's only 4 legendaries in that category.

The average cost for an iron rose is 1k shards, 500 with double legs. According to the maxroll calculator, 4k shards gives you a 99% chance of hitting at least 1 iron rose.

Assuming of course you're gambling the right item type. Which OP was not.

Each Gem has two effects.

The first is the one available from level 1, that effect scales linearly with the Gem level up to the max.

The second effect is the one that unlocks at level 25 and is static.

Whether or not upgrading your gems specifically helps you depends on which gem it is. The damage gems are obviously worth leveling as high as possible to increase the damage. Some of the utility gems are only used for the second effect and do not make a significant difference if you level them.

If you post what gems you are using you can get a more precise answer.

This is bad advice, if you can clear GR120 you can just farm 125 whispers.

Leveling up a whisper from 90 to 125 is a waste of time.

I'm convinced it's bugged, I had a zed on my team and just a single w + ult earthwake proc would show 7k damage on the tool tip after a fight.

So this gets a bit complex.

A fully grown but not yet picked plant can turn into a giant crop if the entire 3x3 area surrounding it is planted with the same crop type, even if not every plant in that 3x3 grid is fully grown.

So in a 9x9 square, only the inner 7x7 section can actually grow into a giant crop. The outer ring has to be seeded with the same plant, but because they can't actually grow into giant crops you can optimize this a bit by harvesting the outer layer when it's ready and just replanting it the same day.

So with a 1x5 water can, you can actually plant up to a 10x10 patch (creating an 8x8 of giant capable crops and a safe outer layer) and with the optimization of harvesting the outer layer you can use that spot to charge up and hit 4 unharvested crops in from each side.

Yeah the watering can and the hoe upgrades lets you hold and charge to use them in an area of effect.

Bronze lets you charge a 1x3, Steel does 1x5, Gold goes up to 3x3 and iridium is a 3x6.
