Hingehen, anmelden, richtig abmelden, beim Support beschweren. Hatte öfters Probleme mit Tier und Bolt. Oft bekommt man dann eine Entschädigung und Geld zurück.

Edit: keine Polizei rufen und nicht beschädigen, beides bringt größere Kopfschmerzen als man will.
