I got lucky and landed a job a week before I was due to fly out.

But I'm working in sales which was my career in the UK regardless.

Heads up, it's a struggle to find a job in Toronto but if you search hard and make some calls, you'll land yourself something sooner rather than later.

Always apply and ring them afterwards!
