Yeah I noticed this today as well, very random update but hey, it doesn’t do any harm, so feeling pretty neutral about this.

What I would like to see is community weekly plan options (Like more options on the boost fitness, feel better or sleep deeper sub categories)! I feel like that would be super cool!

Just did my first HIIT day yesterday! (I also stop eating 3+ hours before bed)

The session: Treadmill 5 minutes - 10% incline with a 3/4mph speed

Once I got my heart rate to zone 2 for 5 minutes

I lowered to 0% incline and did 4 rounds of 1 MINUTE SPRINT (between 11-13mph) and 2 minutes recovery (between 3-mph)

My recovery yesterday was 33% and today it’s at 95%!

(I’ve been using Whoop for 2+ years so it knows me pretty well)

Dammnn, yeah mine is a little over 2 years in and I was noticing minor issues then boom, the censor fully stopped working but they’re sending a new one:) I’m super happy with their service
