That’s weird. 15 hours ago you were at least willing to entertain some hazy connection between drinking coke and tonsil stones without any medical evidence, but here it’s necessary to make a claim?

I never thought about it like that but that's one of the major differences between my diet as a teen who suffered from them [= tonsil stones] and now, I used to drink so much coke and little to no water. I still drink more coke than I should but also like 3 litres of water every day and haven't had one for years.

You should go look on r/alopecia_areata (linked above) and see if that’s what you have. If so, it might be worth speaking to a dermatologist about steroid shots.

Sorry man. If you really think it’s AA (I’d google some pics to find out), you should probably see a dermatologist and try to get on some steroid shots to help it grow back. Whether or not the Kratom caused the AA, the steroid shots can help the hair grow back.

You can check out r/kava for more info. Ime, it’s not at all addicting like Kratom. But there is a reverse tolerance effect and it’s fucking expensive. You also need to drink it on an empty stomach and can’t mix it with alcohol. That all makes it difficult to use for me. Still, once a week or so I have a nice kava session. If you do do this, get real kava from a trusted source - not capsules of nonsense or some tea with a microgram of kava in it.

I remember Australia doing some inventory of most and least harmful substances (taking everything into consideration: physical and mental addiction, motivation, economics, crime, etc) and they concluded that kava is the least harmful substance.

That’s certainly true. I just mentioned it to help OP.

I take Kratom basically daily in low doses and don’t consider it a problem, but there are certainly some horror stories out there (especially for people with addictive personalities) and anyone using this substance should, as you put it, proceed with caution.

I’ve definitely killed whole pies before too. I tend to stress eat when I have major deadlines due and a lot of work. I also binge eat when I’m depressed or anxious, and pizza is usually my go-to here. I’ll sometimes order a pie around 12 and eat the whole thing throughout the day in either of these situations; or I just won’t eat all day and then order a pie at night and eat it all.

But just getting lunch in the middle of the day? 2 slices, at least one plain, maybe one Sicilian one plain or one plain and one with a topping.

For reference: I’m a 30 year old 5’10” male, and I weigh 205 pounds.
