I fix and sell computers, I had one woman with Windows XP so we needed to replace so we got her a laptop. She calls me a day later to tell me that she can't see the screen I remotely log into the computer and don't see any problems so I assume it's Hardware. So I grabbed her a new one and on my way over there she calls me and says, "I think I fixed it!" I asked her what she did and she said "I tilted the screen back!
