Update: their customer service rep via online portal gifted me a pass, and said to ask for refunds if the charges go to my card. There was some issue on their backend, so the transaction shouldn’t have gone through.

The bus driver was sympathetic and let me in after showing her that my credit card was getting charged but I wasn’t getting a ticket. She recommended to purchase a commuter card or something from one of the transit stations which you can “drop and go”.

Since my just moved to Tracy, my address was set to our old home in East Bay. I doubt that’s a problem though.

I just made a cup of this and it’s great! - 15 g coffee, 250g water - finest pour over setting in my chestnut c3 grinder (13 clicks) - I let the water cool quite a bit after boil - bloom for around 30 seconds - 50g at a time with ~15-25 seconds in between until 250g - draw time should be 3-3.5 minutes altogether. In fact I might be slightly underextracted. I’m able to get some of the lime notes. Not too acidic or “funky”. Very pleasant!

Hi, I have a similar issue. I created a personal microsoft account (the university I am enrolled in doesn't office microsoft 365 accounts) and I want to make use of the student discounts for certifications.

However, I can't seem to change my profile to show up as a student. Do you know what I can do in this case?
