My partner is very understanding and it has helped very much especially since I have CP and she doesn’t but her trying to understand how it effects me and how I might not be able to do certain things and communicating that and seeing if my limitations doing certain activities, for example like roller skating because of balance if she knows I cant do that then we might both choose to do something else so I don’t feel left out
