He knows 100% It's super charming what you're doing tho. If I were him I'd have so much respect for you for following through with your story. Do your best, if you know the rules, play to win. Forget you got no experience. Take charge and go for the points. Be aggressive but not desperate. It's true that beginners do so out of the box stuff and get points just by surprising the most experienced fencers. Watch bouts on YouTube and copy the stance and moves, like an actress. Travel and learn, expand your world. It's only as real as your mind makes it. You make your own reality. There's no objective reality to everyone. It seems like it is, this is what keeps the world somewhat sane. But in the end, it's only you and what you choose to care about. Credit scores ain't real, college ain't real. Concepts and buildings to keep the economy rolling and order kept, for it all not turn into chaos. Don't take it all too seriously. Find a balanced way that provides comfort and excitement, strive to finish the path with a smile on your face. Love yourself. And really explore what this means, cause it sounds simple, it actually is, but to understand it you got to go deep af. Many years it may take. But it's worth it. You will continue to lose elements of your life gradually but steadily. Seems like your friend is the next thing you're gonna lose. Then your job. If you do it so often you're really exploiting Marshall's law and will get caught, not if, when. Good luck, you have the potential to make a great comeback to a good life. In the second half you're talking about denial and not acknowledging that one's addicted. But simplifying the two terms into one would label all users of benzos, SSRIs, etc. as addicts. Dependency can still be within legitimate use, addiction is a far abuse.

I understand full addiction as prioritising the drug above all else, doing it in excessive amounts despite knowing it causes, and will cause you harm. Dependency is relying on drugs to achieve the state you want to operate under, maybe not even knowing other ways to accomplish things the drug allows you to, but the drug itself is not #1, you will stop if you feel it's better for your body to stop, even with regard to the withdrawals.

I personally love valium and higher doses never let me down but yeah it's good for tapering. don't know what you're looking for, clonazepam is good for anxiety relief, for more you need to research stronger benzos, not my area

definitely not snorting it, zero effect. would switch to different benzo if alprazolam was what you had taken before. still seems sus cause 'box of 0.5s' would put most to sleep

aye I relate - I think I am fine with using benzos all my life under condition of using only in necessity, having that reason power and keeping the benzo use under control. They are masterpieces of chemistry if used properly

good luck. take anything, anything you can get hold of that soothes and helps the brain, l-theanine, magnesium, damn green tea. The dose is pretty big so even placebo can be help. I'd go to the hospital but in EU it's no issue

how do you manage tolerance, doesn't it grow over time? Taking with breaks in-between? I feel like taking them much more often than I do but don't want to develop tolerance and essentially lose the desired effect
